Cant really complain. Computer started right up. Cord length is perhaps 24 inches shorter but hasn't been a problem since I ususally plug in close to where I'm sitting. Still long enough to sit on couch and plug into side wall outlet. Shouldn't be a problem for most folks. Works like a champ and is a good price so I'm happy.
