It is what the picture shows! A car charger for my new samsung galaxy, works great, my friend charges her htc on it as well. I saw other car chargers at the cell phone store for $40 bones. It made me super happy to get this one for $5 at amazon + the seller threw in a free stylus. I would have never known what I was missing because my phone didn't come with a stylus(or maybe it did and I lost it) but stylus is nice, especially for art applications I play with on my phone.
