I actually took this product to Best Buy to ensure that it wasn't pirated because it came in used packaging with NO paperwork. I have never bought anything electronic that didn't at least have some kind of warranty associated with it. According to Best Buy, it was a real HP and it was in new condition, but still...why no paperwork??? Otherwise, the adapter is working flawlessly.
