I purchased this adapter for my HP laptop when the original inevitably died. It worked for a few months, but then the adapter end started to work itself loose and the connection was finicky. The product is simply poor quality. After requesting an RMA number from SIB the product was sent off. Once the product was received by SIB (I had a tracking number), we never heard back from them. It has been over a month since they received it, and they no longer answer emails. They do not have a phone number to contact them. Buyer beware.
