I have purchased power cable for my Sony laptop pcg 71421. first of all i have frustrated as i come to know that cable didn't reached to my address but it went to my old address. i already updated address in amazon account but somehow they got my old address. however i have forwarded service to cable box came to my home after one week. After receiving power cable my wife was happy that her problem resolved and she can use her laptop but again frustration the power cable adapter was so loose that she had to hold that to continuous power supply to laptop.

overall experience and product quality i would say very poor.
