The first charger I ordered came within the time I was told. It was packaged poorly, but arrived intact. The problem, however, was that the charger didn't work. When you plugged it into the wall the green light wouldn't come on. I tried multiple outlets with no luck.

After contacting the seller, I was sent a replacement (no charge) within the week. It finally arrived yesterday. (took about 2 1/2 weeks from the original order date) The first thing I noticed was that it was packaged the same way, but again was intact. Before unwrapping anything I plugged it into the outlet. It took a few jiggles of the adapter before the light finally came on. I left it for a few minutes to make sure it wasn't another dud. Nope. It stayed on. Now I finally have a charger for my brother's old Dell Latitude. Our problem now... the battery might be defunct. >_<
