HP/Compaq AC Adapter Review

I bought this item from the seller "redpricetag" here on "Used & New"/Amazon Marketplace. Just wanted to comment that the item I received was:

HP/Compaq 233427-001 AC adapter

Note that none of those laptops are the ones listed in the description on this page. So if you have, for example, an nx7400, I would not recommend this item. It won't even plug in. I've returned it at their expense and received all my money back.

Also: there's NO SUCH THING as a "Pavilion NX7400" anyway. I would steer clear of this item altogether because of that suspicious title. "Pavilion NX7400" is a completely made-up product name, like for example, "Windows XP for Workgroups" or "iPod Pro". I have an nx7400 and it is NOT in the Pavilion line at all. It's an HP Compaq business notebook.
