One of the prongs in the plug broke out six months after I purchased it. I dealt with it for a while- just won't fully charge my laptop, it dies after 12 min w/o juice due to missing prong in plug. Finally I wrote to seller as it was under warranty. Optimum Solutions did not honor their warranty policy with me. And I wrote them a great review here after buying it. which gets them business too!
