The part arrived promptly and was a suitable replacement for the jack that had broken beforehand. It fit well in the place of the old one minus one exception, the bend where the jack mounts to the computer was a little wide and I had to "force" the mounts together to make it fit properly. Overall for the price the product meets expectations and I would buy again.

I will update as to the durability of the replacement jack in time. However, I only use this computer on occasion for the sole purpose of testing Linux distributions. So its lack of use alone may skew durability results.
