This Power brick does the job just like the original - except it's not an original IBM / Lenovo product and the cable is about 1 foot shorter than the real thing. This is very annoying and find myself sitting uncomfortably in certain places of the house. I wish I would have bucked up and paid an extra $20 for the real thing. If you use your laptop a lot - the extra 1 foot in length will be noticeable.

To Whom It May Concern: I purchased this product for a Toshiba L355D laptop and I am now so disappointed with this AC adapter, that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. After 3 weeks of usage, the product goes completely dead. Cheap is not always better. If you're going to get any type of replacement item, do not purchase from China. Purchase from a reputable dealer. In many cases, the price will be much higher, but at least you can sleep at night knowing that you're going to have a product that works when you get up the next morning. I'm sorry that I have to write such a negative review, but I hope that I can be a help to the next victim of cheap products. My slogan from now on is "Dont buy cheap".
