Pros:
Nice quality product, charges the girlfriends asus netbook, yes it's the correct small pin, and it works just fine.

Cons:
Something is wrong with the molding, and it doesn't "click" into place like the OEM one did, so a little movement knocks it loose (but it's livable).

Other Thoughts:
There appears to be a spot on the transformer where an LED light would be to indicate that it's charging, this light doesn't work, and never did work. I'm not sure if it's because they just purchased an OEM white plastic shell and it came that way, but it's actually better because she can charge her netbook at night without a crazy bright light.

If there's a better option out there, I honestly wouldn't spend more money to fix the little snap in issue, this charger worked just fine, and the cables are flat and really high quality.

The DC cord (from Adapter to laptop) is probably only 3 feet long (not an exact measure) which is too short to me (my laptop is located at a table 4 ft high).

Kensington K38047US Mobile Power Adapter with USB Port for Netbooks Review

This is a great replacement charger for Asus eee series netbooks. It's a third the price of an OEM charger, and only a few bucks more than some of the chargers from questionable sources.

I gave it four stars instead of five because it's slightly bulkier than the OEM Asus charger. The USB charging port is probably worth the extra space in my briefcase.

As far as the one-star reviews go: One is from a person who bought this for a full-sized notebook, NOT a netbook, and another is from soneone who had a new netbook that needed a tip that wasn't available yet. (Kensington now sends it for free, per the product description.) The third is from someone who says it died within three months... but it carries a two-year warranty, so getting a replacement shouldn't be a problem.

Make sure you check buying choices! I love my Amazon Prime membership... but, as of this writing, it's fifty bucks through Amazon Prime. Other vendors have it for less than $10, shipping included.
